找"全身瘦身操",可以的話我希望是時間少效果佳有沒有是在日常生活做事也可以瘦的方法我現在最想瘦的是大腿&屁股,其他部位是其次還有如果是瘦腹部要做像仰臥起坐的動作我腹部會不適是正常的嗎?尤其像胃那附近(很不舒服)那還要繼續做嗎?還是做久就會習慣??
