1.我現在立定跳遠大約180~195cm間,我想要進步到兩百多,希望能在明年5月前達到目標,而且我事高二生,不會有太多時間訓練,一天約10~20分鐘,請問要怎麼訓練?2.請問立定跳遠跟跑步速度、仰臥起坐、柔軟度等有關係嗎?我跑步速度不算慢,但仰臥起坐、柔軟度都不好3.如果2、3個月沒練,會退步很多嗎?
