練肌肉也練了一段時間固定做1天重訓每次1個半小時左右休息1天(會跑步或做有氧運動)表面皮膚還是軟軟的肌肉始終沒什麼形狀只是感覺裡面有變結實、變硬而且腹部做了不少仰臥起坐+其他動作始終也沒瘦多少我同學們都說2~3個禮拜就瘦了或者輕易就練出腹肌是我體脂肪太高嗎???還是什麼原因導致肌肉�
