請問劈腿和拉筋的問題 - 健身

我最近在練劈腿前後劈的那種我柔軟度其實不差加上我是每天拉筋柔軟度也變更好了我只差一點就可以劈下去了但就是差那ㄧ點距離我ㄧ直劈不下去我非常想要劈下去於是某日的我咬緊牙齒就給雙腳硬壓了下去但劈的不是很直..當時真的超痛不過我想想痛一下就會過去所以想想就算了但是隔天甚至後來��
