小弟目前開始跑健身房......但是有個盲點~~~目前身高180體重60而已.....每天能在健身房的時間大約2~3小時主要想練身型~~不是要練成建美先生......但是我的疑問是~~我是該每個器材都練固定一個組後換下一個練完全部肌群比較好~~(例如每種重訓器材練一組30下.........全部器材都練每天重複操練)因為這樣不��
