如題...........我現在180公分但是只有60公斤~~最近有跑健身房想練身材~~但是太久沒運動........我每樣器材連續各做30下後開始喘~全身微微發麻~有點快暈倒的感覺......休息一下就好了~~請問這是正常的嗎?為什麼會這樣??...Showmore
