我朋友整個就是宅男.....平常完全不運動的所以體力也很差囉....所以請問唷!如果要他開始運動的話適合從什麼樣的運動開始呢?最好不會太激烈而產生運動傷害還有囉他想鍛鍊腹肌=="但是他說之前做三十下仰臥起坐後隔天腹部的肌肉很痛囧請問他適合先用什麼基礎的辦法先訓練呢?請不要小氣的用��
