慢跑運動的訓練 - 運動

我是做2休2的作業員出社會後較少運動.身體不比年少時.工作作息關係沒辦法做到每天都能慢跑..這樣的2天動2天休的運動..會有效果嗎..還是天天都去跑....另外跑步前的軟身操多久較為恰當...剛開視作時多久為宜
