請問我有個搖擺鈴,兩個20磅的啞鈴,還有張仰臥起坐板,我的身材是170公分70公斤左右吧!(1)我每天都差不多在吃完晚餐後運動,我想請問我擁有這樣的器材該怎麼安排運動呢?我想要練到那種有肌肉的身材,但是我要肉肉的肌肉,不是那種瘦排骨那種,(2)請問我這些器具外還要加上什麼運動也會很好呢?
