我正在當兵是個替代役上下班制因為要輪班所以吃東西很不正常身高180體重92很想減肥我打算靠運動來減肥有自訂運動的行程但是對吃不知如何計畫?5天之中有跑步最少三千公尺最多五千公尺還會搭配重訓仰臥起坐伏地挺身一組20下做5組其實吃的問題比較不知道不知道如何吃會比較好?!請各位有經驗的大�
