受訓人:24歲男體能狀況:屬於中等偏上,有慢跑習慣和游泳訓練,主要想要加強胸、背、肩(之前的教練建議我做寬肩伏地挺身,因為我是斜肩體格)訓練週期:兩個月~三個月請幫我規劃一套體能訓練,一個禮拜三次,最終希望讓身材變比較好。請神人幫忙。
