我最近想要練手的肌肉家裡有個啞鈴好像是3公斤重的我想要練手臂的肌肉線條請問正確姿勢是如何?我也想要順便練腹肌仰臥起坐伏地挺身剛開始要做幾下我做這些運動的時間只有辦法在晚上睡覺前所以做完就直接睡覺了我平常一天都會吃兩顆蛋早餐吃很多午餐正常吃晚餐只吃青菜(7點前食用完畢)我21歲
