我現在是高一生不過我的身高170但是體重111我想請問一下我該如何鍛鍊身體並且減重?我目前都是5點以後不吃東西然後每天伏地挺身30下仰臥起坐50下跳繩200下揮正拳100次起立蹲下50次我想請問喔這樣有鍛鍊到身體嗎?我想要訓練耐力跟臂力還有把小腹減下去不知誰可以告訴我呢?...Showmore
