想請問各位~要怎麼拉腳踏車的內胎~我現在的方法是內胎綁在柱子,弓箭步然後手放在出手位置拉~這樣可以嗎??不然應該怎麼拉??還有一天拉幾次比較好??另外還有投手練跑步的問題~要比較注重慢跑還是衝刺??順便問一下頻率是多少??最後協調性要怎麼練比較好??*問題有點多不好意思
