我自己有在練肌肉想練胸肌跟腹肌1.胸肌多做伏地挺身就OK了沒問題但是腹肌做仰臥起坐OK嗎?==a2.我還聽說做伏地挺身完不要接著做仰臥起坐意思就是不要一起訓練說這樣會影響成效這是真的嗎?...Showmore
