我想要瘦小腹,之前每天做仰臥起坐60下小腹好像就沒那麼大了但~後來聽說做仰臥起坐沒辦法瘦小腹反而是在訓練腹肌肌肉讓小腹更難瘦,所以我就停止做仰臥起坐幾個禮拜,結果~發現小腹竟然越來越大,所以~我現在又開始每天在做仰臥起坐60下,但~今天又聽說做仰臥起坐會傷身,對脊椎ˋ子宮不好,我是女生��
