四個地方腹肌手臂肌大腿肌小腿肌我現在有一個亞鈴可能有78公斤以上因為我有兩個3公斤的一次拿兩個感覺起來還是比那個沒另一個重我是一天舉100下(40下20下20下20下)一次舉一百下我可能也不用發問了:))但是手還是沒啥肌肉腹肌我每天都是小腿放床上然後地板墊一個墊子這樣做仰臥起坐膝蓋大概成90度�
