我身高162公分體重45公斤現在高1~人家都說國中是發育期可是我都高1了還是這麼矮==可能是因為爸媽都不高的關係吧這不是重點==國中剛畢業的暑假我就開始練伏地挺身~仰臥起坐~舉啞玲到現在~伏地挺身可以連續(就是都不停)做個60下沒問題10磅的啞玲也可以連續舉個30~40下(我家裡只有10磅的)仰臥起坐...只�
