我白天在上班,晚上6點到七點有跳1小時的有氧體操,想說跳完就要念書(大約七點半以後),但是跳完就累了,想吃維他命B群補充精神體力,請問維他命B群要何時吃比較適合?是否有推薦的維他命B群的廠牌,謝謝~
