在自家健身是指舉啞鈴~俯立挺身~仰臥起坐~~等等或跑步~打籃球等運動時間是在下午吃飯前空腹時?還是飯後幾個小時後?飯後怕還沒消化完全運動怕使胃下垂而空腹的話又因為肌餓而使不上力...通常我自己都是在飯後數個小時差不多洗澡前做一些室內運動或者吃飯前空腹的時候做做運動想請較各位大大~��
