我現在目前13歲身高162體重53我現在大概一個禮拜在家裡運動個4次,有:1.躺著舉(我也不知道該怎麼講)重量大約有33kg,一次舉15下,舉5次(中途有休息個3~5分鐘)2.仰臥起坐,一次45下,做一次請問:1.這樣會不會運動過量?過量會有什麼傷害?2.這樣會不會長不高?請各位專家大大幫幫忙,感謝你~...Showmore
