我從國高中開始,就一直持續每天晚上在家裡用啞鈴鍛鍊身體。基本上胸肌、二頭肌、三頭肌、闊背肌、三角肌、腹肌....等上半身肌肉幾乎都練到了,每一塊肌肉分成兩組動作練。下半身則是靠有氧運動鍛鍊,每天花個30~40分鐘左右。我自己的鍛鍊法我PO在網誌上,如下:http://www.wretch.cc/blog/firen3000/11782
