請問一下這樣運動的頻率...20幾歲,2天一次30幾歲,3天一次40幾歲,4天一次50幾歲,5天一次60幾歲,6天一次以此類推......大家有何看法或是建議^^在此先感謝大家熱心分享^^(那位朋友請不要笑太大聲了,謝謝^^)
