我家現在有跳繩、仰臥起坐板、亞玲、練擴胸的那種伸縮彈力繩,希望可以藉由這些東西來幫助我瘦身跟長高。我之前是會做但是功效都沒有很大,希望哪位健身教練或是自己有清身體驗過的來回答這個問題!!我的體重是83身高是168(太胖我知道)可是我的肉是結實的!!還有還有我現在是學生每天都上課上��
