本人我26歲181公分93公斤想練肌肉我在家裡有兩個20磅的啞玲仰臥起坐工具練拳擊沙包滾輪一字彈簧棒平時我做重量訓練是做一休一這樣對嗎?裡面的內容有啞玲左右手各20滾輪半式12仰臥起坐20雙手飛鳥10啞玲大手臂各10一自彈簧條10打沙包20分鐘我想做全身的訓練但沒什麼專業的技巧請各位教教我吧~~
