如題我身高168體重68假設一天跑4000公尺+30下伏力挺身+75下仰臥起坐另外加上airalert的訓練課程會超過負荷嗎(我還是高一學生)大腿要怎麼瘦或練成肌肉最好是能給實做方法或給經驗
