我現在要開始健身~~可是不知道從何做起~~學校有健身房~~裡面器材幾乎都有!!開放時間禮拜1到5我身高172CM體重58KG請問肌力跟肌耐力可以同時訓練嗎??還是只能訓練一種??初學者一天要做幾組啊??一組要幾下??是否要天天訓練??還是要一天做一天休??麻煩幫我開份菜單喔!!感謝~~~~
