各位達人大家好,小妹平素以戶外快走的方式作健身,近來欲嘗試以半快走半小跑步(一圏快走一圏小跑步交替)的方式,試圖提昇心肺肺活量的機能.請問,小跑步(並非快速進行跑步而是以小步緩慢的方式)的正確姿勢為何??目的是將運動傷害的後遺症以及機率降至最低.......諸如...(1)小跑步應先以腳跟�
