各位大大!!請問一下!我如果要訓練跳躍力可以每天起力蹲下50x5組跳繩100x3組!!星期3.6做跑上坡和伏地挺身50x2組.仰臥起坐50x2組(全部每組都是休息2分鐘)星期日就打球!!這樣對我的跳躍力有幫助嗎??成效好嗎??這樣會造成運動傷害嗎??請有經驗的大大們回答~~~...Showmore
