我是女生,我最近想練1200公尺,我自己設終極目標是6分鐘內跑完!因為實在太久沒跑步了,現在一跑大腿就好痠喔,而且心肺能力很差的感覺,雖然不知道跟二尖瓣膜脫垂有沒有關係(但我媽吐槽我就是單純沒運動...)所以我想循序漸進練練身體,感覺自己身體太弱--一圈400的話,大概要以什麼方式開始練呢?我是熱�
