我跑步也不是說很慢...大概班級女生第四名...(跑800m費時4分27秒)但是我明年也許會參加志願役的考試...志願役考試要考1200m八分鐘得樣子...我希望我能跑在前面不要是沒過關或是剛好safe但是我跑步有個問題不知道是不是因為我有點過重就是腳還沒開始酸我的上半身就不堪負荷呼吸會很不順暢口會渴手插腰的地方...會痛反正就是上半身會不舒服讓我會停下來用走的但是其實腳根本還沒酸還可以再跑...請問要如何改善這些問題?還有要如何才能增加跑步實力?多跑嗎?拜託一定要幫幫我!
