我是國一田徑選手100m:12.2200m:25.12可是每次跑步上半身都很僵硬手不知道為什麼用那麼大力結果搞得自己全身沒力的跑害比賽都輸拿起接力棒更慘....完全不能用什麼力我問過教練它都說放鬆就好可是短跑起來還是沒辦法放鬆我該怎麼做
