我要問一下=)跑步會有小腿肌麻?!還有一直連續跑我會死翹翹XD所以我是先走路20分鐘再跑步20分鐘前後四十分鐘中間沒有斷掉那醬會瘦下來麻?!因為有人縮咬同一葛運動持續三十分鐘才有效==可是跑三十分鐘我會累斃欸(跑20分鐘揪快不行惹)我是有試過一次跑步持續三十分鐘差不多是四公里那醬算是快跑還�
