我慢跑可以跑2到2個半小時可是嘗試快跑之前嘗試最高可以20幾圈可是這次撐不到7圈可是跑完之後不會說很喘為什麼啊?而且我肺活量算ok的跑完都不大會喘可是快跑就是有點不給力是因為前一天的肌肉拉傷還存在的緣故嗎?因為我前天有跑2個小時之後大腿就有點酸痛加上蹲下來下樓梯都很痛可是跑步的時候似乎可以緩解可是就是有越跑越累的感覺是因為拉傷還在所以以至於我速度變慢了?還是說是我太久沒練習呢?
