您好~因為我想減肥所以現在天天都有在跑步,大約都是30分鐘的慢跑,不過起初運動前都沒有做暖身運動就直接走一圈後就開始慢跑(不曉得走一圈後就慢跑算不算暖身運動?)剛開始都跑一圈走一圈,起出跑一圈完就相當的累,現在大約跑2個禮拜了,所以可以增加到大約跑2圈(600m)就換走一圈(300m),前兩天還可以��
