我現在目前25歲,高中打籃球時左腳踝有扭傷,沒有治癒好變成習慣性扭傷;膝蓋曾經撞到地板過,所以左腳長時間都比右腳無力感覺總是沒有右腳踏實。1.適當的慢跑有助於改善受傷的腳嗎?2.受傷的腳,跑步時帶護踝護膝是好還是不好?3.還有其他方法可以強壯腳踝和膝蓋嗎?
