我是從今天開始7/6練習跑步...到一所高職的操場跑..我才發覺我跑了一圈(好像也沒到一圈==)就感覺不行了><跑不動的感覺~之後都是用走的自從高職上大學後就很少運動~本人也不太喜歡運動是因為下個月就要當兵了..才決定自己去跑跑步~~我想請問"跑步跑一圈就不行了"是不是太糟糕了啊= =「PS:我是男生..」有什麼方法可以改善這個問題呢><是不是和我跑步前沒做暖身操有關呢???還是....?...Showmore
