我想練800m只需花4分鐘就跑完~自我期許也就是400m(操場一圈)要花2分鐘如果我慢慢跑的話,可以3000m跑26分鐘(我是28歲的女生)但是,這樣練跑,超慢~~我以前都是練慢跑有的時候身體狀況精神好,可以跑3000m(操場七圈半)身體狀況差,就是1600m但是都是超慢的速度跑要真正練跑800m的時候,就會變7分鐘所以我大概知道自己要跑什麼速度,才有可能達成我的目標就是400m只要花2分鐘跑完可是我只要跑得一些快我的右胸下面,肋骨裡面就會很痛很痛,痛到我不得不慢下速度不知道為什麼會這樣如果是肌肉抽筋的話,要怎樣才可以克服我只要一跑快一點那裡就會超痛我要怎樣做,以後跑步(快的那種)那裡就不會超痛到必須慢下來(((不要問我為什麼要練跑這種速度,因為現在很多國家考試都要考體能,還有限時間)))))謝謝
