跳激烈的運動會讓生理期不順嗎? - 運動

產後原本月經的量和天數都維持正常,但為了塑身,參加有氧運動,但這一兩個月,天數減少了,原本只有3天,現在縮為2天,且量也減少了,不曉得是否是運動的關係?(產後已過1年才參加運動的),且以前都不會腹痛,現在月經快來時,左下側都會痛,打噴涕更痛,不曉得身體到底出了什麼問題?請幫我
