因為暑假如果在家裡什麼都不動,一定會變胖><所以就想到了"跳繩"如果我早上中午都各跳100~200下睌上跳300下,這樣持續下來會瘦嘛??能瘦到那裡?會不會變成小腿有肌肉xD那如果是游泳游蛙式聽說是不是會造成大腿有肌肉=_=?自由是反而消耗的更快?謝謝大大的幫助^^
