小弟身高176.身體算是有肉壯碩肩膀寬那一型.體重最輕是在當兵時練出一身肌肉71KG.退伍後漸漸變胖.2012年又因車禍腳傷不能行動.2013年達到史上最肥的105KG.心臟開始無法負荷.呼吸中斷.喘.心絞痛等毛病樣樣來.所以腳傷好了之後開始卯起來減重.從去年(2013)的5月起.不吃甜食不吃糖.每天過午不吃澱粉.晚上��
