我的身高165-體重97-有在上健身房-都做重訓運動-臥推40KG以上其他的都還滿重低-不喜歡做有氧運動-游泳還算可以-現在有1ㄍ問題-我應該繼續做重訓減肥還是有氧-還是有可以提供更好的減肥方式-
