我最近非常懊惱因為本身有點胖168...65(以上)68(以下)跑可是我又想練點肌肉((我有吃乳清蛋白以下我會這樣運動跳繩50/組30組(停30秒啞鈴-坐這往上舉20/組4組擴胸舉30/組20組仰臥-25/組6組偶爾游泳100M來回12次這樣要多久才會有感覺?我不要很結實至少遠看時還有線條..抓起來QQ的紮實......Showmore
