請問一下我現在一星期七天禮拜2..4..6....我會跑3000公尺或打籃球禮拜1..3...5...我會做伏地挺身200個或仰臥起坐300個這樣過了三個月....為何身體一條肌線都沒有呢連腹肌的一條線條都沒有...Showmore
