我身高170,體重約70公斤,我想減重到63公斤左右,然後鍛鍊自己肌肉,想有一個結實一點的身體,我平常偶爾打打網球,也會做做伏地挺身跟仰臥起坐,不知大家是否能提供一些幫助我減重及鍛鍊身體的方法,因為我本身還蠻愛吃的,所以很困擾....
