因為我一個月有固定一個禮拜不能運動所以一個月剩下三周的時間可以健身也沒辦法天天健身房報到以下說的方式可行嗎?一天鍛鍊全身然後休息兩天(48小時)為一個循環這樣一個月大概去健身房8次或是第一天鍛鍊上肢第二天鍛鍊下肢然後休息一天為一個循環這樣一個月14次然後健身房在健身完畢之後會��
