請問一下各位大大,我想減肥,目標是六公斤(多一點也是不錯的啦!!),我每天跳繩300下、仰臥起坐20~25下、空中腳踏車120下,還有把上半身及腳舉起成有點彎彎的形狀(不知該怎麼形容目的是瘦腹部)10下,原地跑步但把腳抬成90度(大腿和身體的角度)100~120下,這樣的運動量夠嗎或有正確嗎??因我主要胖在��
