7月4要考軍官,體能測驗是跑完1600但我的目標是拿滿分所以要在8分內跑完我之前就多少有在運動但不是跑步,我近1個月來才幾乎每天都跑五千五公尺,在沒開始慢跑之前我1600跑完是快將近9分鐘,到現在為止我是都還沒測試過。我想剩下的十多天我想把運動量增加到每天慢跑到7千公尺,這樣會更有效��
