目前某貓練身體的情況是DAY1仰臥起坐+伏地挺身DAY2慢跑DAY3休息(循環)仰臥起坐&伏地挺身:20下一組一次4組每組休息一首歌的時間(3~5分)慢跑:一口氣3km(操場8圈飲食方面每天一瓶牛奶盡量不吃麵包類(據說脂肪滿多的""早餐:飯糰+蛋餅午餐:麵食或飯食大約一個外帶碗的量晚餐:隨機(常常小7啦畢竟學校
