各位大大好!!小弟最近報名了明年2/24的高雄馬拉松的半馬關於半馬的訓練也在網路上看了許多...可是還是不太清楚有看到說要練習固定距離、或是拉長時間輕鬆跑也有說要練爆發力的,就是間歇性的想請教各位,該如何安排課表加強呢?一開始跑步就只是想減肥啦,參加比賽則是想挑戰而已目前一星期約
